Onur Sirin is a Founder, Engineer, Senior Technologist and product architect who works across the complete technology value chain. He connects business outcomes to technical capability, creates the strategy and commercial path, architects the system, engineers the product and governs execution through delivery.
His work sits at the intersection of applied AI, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, product engineering, technical sales and commercialisation.

01Profile
Onur's strength is not one isolated discipline. It is his ability to connect disciplines that are usually separated across different teams.
He can move from an ambiguous business problem to a defined use case, commercial model, adoption pathway, technical architecture and engineered product. He can then establish the governance, validation and delivery controls needed to turn that work into a reliable outcome.
He does not wait only for a customer requirement to arrive. He identifies recurring problems, creates new use cases, develops the proposition, builds the technical and commercial narrative, and turns the result into a repeatable asset.
I connect capability to a business outcome, then build the strategy, architecture, product and execution path required to make it real.
The early part of his career was engineering-led, working close to systems, infrastructure and technical implementation.
Alongside that work he built his own tooling in JSF, PHP and Jython, initially to make engineering work faster and more reliable.
He has since held a range of leadership roles inside some of the largest technology and enterprise organisations in the world.
In a very large telecommunications organisation he led a team of thirteen engineers, delivering deterministic and predictive automation work recognised as national success stories.

Technology begins with the decision, problem or outcome that must change.
A strong technology leader should be able to originate demand, not only answer a completed requirement.
The correct model, platform, cloud or infrastructure choice follows the use case and constraints.
Every successful engagement should create reusable intellectual property, evidence or product capability.
A persuasive statement is not the same as a validated result. Claims should remain traceable to implementation, testing or observable outcomes.
A strategy has limited value unless it can be engineered, governed, adopted and operated.
06Founder mindset
As a Founder, Onur combines long-range product thinking with hands-on execution. He is comfortable moving between executive conversations, commercial decisions, architecture reviews, product requirements, engineering workflows, testing evidence and release decisions.
He believes strong products are built when technical ambition is matched by disciplined scope, honest status, clear human authority and a direct connection to customer value.
The objective is not to accumulate features or follow every new model release. It is to build systems that remain useful when providers, tools and market conditions change.
07Beyond technology
Outside technology, Onur is married and a father of two. He enjoys PC gaming, rating and analysing films, spearfishing and playing electric guitar.
These interests reflect many of the same qualities that shape his engineering work: curiosity, pattern recognition, patience, precision, creative interpretation and the willingness to practise until the result is right.
