SOLUTION CATALOGUE / AI SOLUTIONS COMPANY

AI Solutions

Custom applications built around the complete workflow. Connect user experience, knowledge, AI models, business logic and commercial operations, designed around the people using them and the decisions they make.

01Solution catalogue

One workflow. A complete application.

These are solution patterns for scoped engagements, not a claim that every pattern is a separate off-the-shelf product. Patterns can be combined; access, retention, integrations and deployment responsibilities are agreed in the application design.

ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION

An IT consultancy links each requirement to a proposed design, an explicit assumption or a clarification needed from the buyer.

WHAT THE APPLICATION DELIVERS

  • Requirements map, questions and gaps
  • Proposed design and quantities
  • Delivery approach and responsibility matrix
  • Reviewable response documents

AI assists interpretation and drafting. Defined rules support calculations; reviewers accept the response or return it for revision.

02SHARED APPLICATION FOUNDATION

The surrounding system is part of the solution.

Model capabilities and provider adapters can evolve behind the workflow, subject to validation. Connections are selected for the permitted data, actions and operating responsibilities, not added as an unlimited integration promise.

User experience

Task-focused interfaces, identity and workspace boundaries.

Review and authority

Acceptance queues, explicit permissions and exception ownership.

Intelligence and validation

Source-aware context, capability routing and evaluation.

Operations and commercial state

Asynchronous jobs, usage controls, lineage and handover.

From scope to release.

Define the user journey, information sources and acceptance criteria. Build and evaluate the core workflow, then complete the application, selected integrations and operating controls. Release planning covers deployment requirements, configuration, documentation and handover.

03Nucleus architecture

Proprietary architecture, SIRIN DIGITAL intellectual property

Nucleus: our proprietary architecture for governed AI reasoning and execution.

Nucleus is the architectural core developed and owned by SIRIN DIGITAL. It treats intelligence not as a single model call but as a full agentic pipeline: frontier models, tool calling, retrieval, memory and deterministic execution composed behind a governed orchestration layer. Every output is scored, traced and approved before it reaches an action, never an unattributed generation.

  1. L4

    Governed Action Plane

Structured tool calling, guardrail enforcement, deterministic execution and full audit trace emission.

  2. L3

    Quorum Judgement Engine

Proprietary evaluation and arbitration layer: model scoring, cross-checking and conflict resolution.

  3. L2

    Multi-Model Inference Mesh

Frontier and open-weight models, OpenAI and Anthropic class, orchestrated as insulated, parallel reasoning agents.

  4. L1

    Context & Memory Fabric

Vector embeddings, semantic caching and session memory with retention controls per tenant.

  5. L0

    Ingestion & Retrieval Layer

Connectors, document parsing and schema-normalised context assembly from governed sources.

Φ1

Model-agnostic orchestration

Frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight ecosystems are routed as interchangeable reasoning engines. No single provider is a dependency: Nucleus selects, sequences and cross-checks models per task, and can swap a model without touching the product.

Φ2

Grounded, retrieval-first reasoning

Agents never answer from the parameter weights alone. Context is assembled from governed knowledge bases through retrieval pipelines, so every assertion is anchored to a source and every hallucination surface is engineered down, not hoped away.

Φ3

Tool calls over free text

Wherever a decision matters, Nucleus agents act through structured function calls against typed tools, not free-form prose. The action surface is a contract: validated inputs, deterministic execution, machine-readable outputs.

Φ4

Evaluation gates before execution

Every trajectory passes an evaluation harness of scoring, self-consistency checks and confidence thresholds. Low-confidence states are escalated or abstained, never silently promoted. This is Quorum, our proprietary judgement layer, and it is where most of our IP lives.

Quorum: the proprietary judgement engine

An evaluation-first judgement engine, built on the disciplines of the modern eval stack.

At the centre of Nucleus sits Quorum, a proprietary judgement engine and algorithm developed entirely by SIRIN DIGITAL. The name is deliberate: a decision is authorised only once it has reached a quorum of independent assessments. Rather than trusting a single model's answer, Quorum runs independent inference trajectories in parallel, scores them against calibrated rubrics and resolves disagreement before anything is committed. It applies the same rigour the frontier labs apply to benchmarking models, applied live to every decision.

  • Ω1LLM-as-judge scoring against calibrated, domain-specific rubrics
  • Ω2Multi-model cross-evaluation with self-consistency voting
  • Ω3Groundedness and citation checks against the retrieval context
  • Ω4Confidence thresholds with explicit abstention instead of forced answers
  • Ω5Adversarial red-team probes for prompt-injection and drift resistance
  • Ω6Continuous eval suites that regression-test every model and prompt change

Specific scoring formulas, weightings and calibration procedures are confidential.

Nucleus underpins our production products and continues to evolve through Founder-led engineering. Architectural descriptions are intentionally abstracted to protect intellectual property.

Architecture concept / SIRIN DIGITAL

Deliberative Execution Fabric

An enterprise reference architecture connecting business intent, scoped knowledge, deliberative reasoning and authorised action. Separate ingress, control, intelligence and continuity planes preserve the boundary between reasoning and execution. The organising principle is accountable state transition, not the number of agents.

Conceptual design, not a claim of deployment in Loomiks or BeeCool. The topology is abstracted; implementation contracts, thresholds and routing policies are not disclosed.

Enterprise reference topology / NucleusBusiness intent enters Aperture and passes to Meridian control. Prism routes work through Scout, Thread or Forum. Quorum verifies the resulting artifacts before Dossier reaches human authority. Aegis policy and Chronicle continuity surround the flow. Vault, Relay and Beacon represent knowledge, enterprise integration and operational assurance. 01

Coupling-aware execution

Parallelise independent evidence gathering; keep tightly dependent reasoning in one workflow. Fork a shared briefing only when alternative interpretations need their own context lineage.

02

Artifact-native state

The control plane owns the run ledger. Workers return schema-validated artifacts rather than conversational history. Evidence lineage and uncertainty travel with the output across each boundary.

03

Structural deliberation

Divergence comes from different evidence slices and evaluation objectives, with an explicit counter-thesis. Bounded cross-examination preserves disagreement instead of manufacturing consensus.

04

Verifier-governed autonomy

Acceptance tests, resource ceilings and tripwires govern termination. The final output frames options, unresolved risks and supporting evidence; it does not impersonate the human decision-maker.
